Remote Welding Services, LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Remote Welding Services, LLC (referred to as “company”, “we”, “our”, or “us” in this document), you (referred to as “customer”, or ”you”) agree to be held to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

We provide on-site and remote mobile welding services, including but not limited to fabrication, repair, maintenance, and structural welding. Services will be done at the agreed-upon location and within the agreed time frame. These are subject to change due to availability and weather conditions.

3. Quotes, Deposits, & Payment

Quotes: All estimates are based on the initial assessment. Prices are subject to change if additional work or materials are needed.

Deposit: A deposit may be required before work begins. This will depend on the job size, material costs, and scheduling needs. If required, the deposit will be:

• Small Jobs (Up to $500): 20% deposit

• Medium Jobs ($500 - $5,000): 30% deposit

• Large or Custom Jobs ($5,000+): 40% deposit

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due once the service is done unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Grace Period: Customers are granted a 10 day grace period from the invoice date to make the final payment without penalty.

Late Fees: Payments not received after the 10 day grace period will receive a 5% late fee. An additional 5% fee will be added per month until paid in full.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule services at no charge. We will do our best to accommodate new scheduling requests based on availability.

Cancellations: Customers may cancel services at no charge unless materials have already been purchased specifically for their project. If materials were purchased before cancellation, the customer is responsible for reimbursing the cost of those materials. A detailed invoice for the materials will be provided upon request.

Emergency Cancellations: If an emergency prevents service from being completed, we will work with the customer to reschedule or provide a refund if applicable.

Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, including unsafe worksite conditions, weather, or equipment failure. Customers will be notified as soon as possible in such cases.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure quality work; however, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage, structural weaknesses, or improper prior work that may affect the outcome of our welding services.

Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for ensuring a safe work environment and providing accurate project specifications.

No Warranty on Third-Party Materials: Any materials provided by the customer or a third party are not covered under our warranty.

Limited Warranty: We offer a limited warranty of 90 days from the completion date. If any defects arise within this period, we will repair the issue at no additional cost. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or environmental damages. We reserve the right to inspect the issue before approving warranty work.

6. Safety & Compliance

• All welding work will be performed in accordance with industry safety standards and local regulations.

• Customers must notify us of any hazardous conditions at the worksite.

• If unsafe conditions are present, we reserve the right to refuse service until the conditions are resolved.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Remote Welding Services, LLC, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct on our part.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action is pursued.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
